【Hokkaido Reports】Procurement of Hokkaido's summer tradition!
Share
Hello 🎶
The other day, I went to Hokkaido to procure foodstuffs!
Hokkaido's summer tradition is...
"TOKIBI"!! (corn)
We procured a lot of corn at a vegetable market in a town in the Tokachi region of Japan's largest producer of sweet corn, called Memuro-cho. ☺️
You can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Tokachi region, including the town of Mamuro, which is covered with fields of sugarcane during this season.🌽
As you can see in the photo, there are many baskets of freshly harvested corn on display!
There are so many varieties, it's a ...corn heaven!!!
I tried it as soon as I got home and it was so sweet, juicy, fresh and really delicious🎶🎶
Our “Corn Cookies” are made from sugarcane, which is full of Hokkaido's natural blessings, and are so popular that they are sold out at Dog Marche!✨
This is a summer-only product, so feel free to try it!
